Feedback!

Everyone loves feedback, but nobody gets enough. This challenge is a test to give your team 5 pennies of specific, positive feedback. 5 pennies of feedback means you share something specific and positive each day about 1 person on your team (that's 1 penny. New Board Officers: Election Results

Many apologies for not posting these results sooner. The delay was due to my work schedule as well as the effort to reach and speak with all the new board members prior to making the announcement.

HR Toolbox

The HR toolbox has some great white papers, blogs, etc. There is also a forum where you can ask questions. Lots of different HR things to look at, not just recruiting, although they have lots of great recruiting posts.
